*The Grafenthal® Cashback Wave is valid from 01.01. to 31.12.2026. The higher your annual turnover with macle GmbH, the exclusive Grafenthal® distributor, the higher your personal cashback bonus – from a minimum annual turnover of €10,000 (net). The bonus also depends on the share of Grafenthal® cables in your total annual turnover. Payment will be made in January 2027. There is no compulsory purchase: if the minimum turnover is not reached, there are no obligations. The agreement is automatically extended for a further calendar year.
GRAFENTHAL® - Cashback Wave Your cashback scale at a glance
The cashback is based on your annual net turnover with macle GmbH – the exclusive distributor of Grafenthal® – and the proportion of cables in your total turnover. The higher both figures are, the more you get back. The table below clearly shows you what bonus you can expect for each level of turnover.
*Minimum annual turnover: €10,000 net – the agreement only applies from this threshold.

The basis is the net turnover from the merchandise management system of our exclusive distributor macle GmbH – transparent and fair.
Your total annual turnover from January 1, 2026 counts – no turnover is lost.

Frequently asked questions FAQ about the Cashback Wave
All IT dealers and system integrators with an active customer account with macle GmbH, the exclusive Grafenthal® distributor.
The cashback depends on your cumulative annual net sales at macle GmbH and the proportion of Grafenthal® cables in your total sales. The higher both are, the higher your bonus – between 2.5% and 4.5%.
The minimum annual turnover is € 10,000 (net). If this threshold is not reached, there are no costs or obligations for you.
Payment will be made in January 2027, after the end of the calculation period from 01.01. to 31.12.2026.
Yes, if no notice of termination is given, the agreement is automatically extended for a further calendar year.
No. You buy as usual – without a minimum purchase. If the minimum purchase is not reached, the agreement is simply not concluded.
Only purchases made via macle GmbH, the exclusive Grafenthal® distributor, are taken into account. The basis is your total annual net turnover. The share of Grafenthal® cables is evaluated separately, as it determines the amount of your cashback.
Yes, the Cashback Wave applies retroactively from January 1, 2026. All your purchases at macle GmbH since January 1 are automatically included in the calculation – no matter when you register.
